Task 9 of Identify Data Needs

Enablers (verbatim, ECO)

PMI, ECO p. 5: enablers are "illustrative examples of the work associated with the task" and "not meant to be an exhaustive list but rather offer a few examples to help demonstrate what the task encompasses."

Ours: PMI's stems paraphrase one of these as a symptom; the right option is that enabler in PMI's words; the distractors are its siblings or a neighbouring task's enablers.

  1. Prepare executive summaries of data assessment findings
  2. Create visualizations and reports to communicate data insights
  3. Present data readiness status and recommendations to stakeholders
  4. Translate technical data concepts into business-relevant language
  5. Provide regular updates on data preparation progress and challenges

The rule

Leadership gets the findings, current readiness and a recommendation in business language. Polished visuals come after the findings report exists.
